Developing Clinical Leaders
Course description
Developing Clinical Leaders aim to train and equip doctors for a leadership career in the Health Service. Delegates will develop key skills in areas including project management, finance, quality improvement and mentoring empowering them to be an effective partner in the health community. Delegates will be expected to deliver a high quality improvement project with the support of the Programme Management Office, NNUH and NANIME and work to develop a network of leaders across the Trust.
Course Lead: Dr Medha Sule
This course is open to any trainee of ST3 and above, Locally Employed Doctors and SAS.
