Course description
This full day session will explain how Dental Teams can work safely and effectively within the GDC ethical standards. We will also explore the bets ways of preventing and resolving patient complaints. The session will feature group interaction and frank discussion.
Course Objectives:
Describe the up to date standards that apply to all dental professionals
Identify common causes of complaints
Demonstrate how to manage complaints once they have been received
